Using Beranda online
These terms cover orders, gift cards, rewards and enquiries made through beranda.my. Beranda Coffee is based in Kampung Tualang, Kedah, Malaysia. Contact hello@beranda.my if you need help.

Menu and orders
Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit (MYR). Your final total is displayed before you submit an order; no undisclosed service or delivery charge is added. Menu availability and opening hours may change. Check item choices, quantities, name and contact details before submitting. Orders are fulfilled at Beranda for pickup or dine-in as selected; home delivery is not included. Tell our team about allergies before ordering because food and drinks are prepared in a shared environment.

Payment and confirmation
Available payment options are shown at checkout. Pay at Counter orders remain Pending Payment until staff receives payment and marks them paid. Pay Online uses FIUU when available; a return to this website alone is not payment confirmation. The Online Order Processing Fee applies only to the remaining amount actually paid online, after rewards savings and gift-card credit. The online processing fee is displayed before payment and waived when the remaining online payment is RM30 or more. Counter payments by card or QR and fully covered orders have no online processing fee. Gift-card purchases paid at the counter remain inactive, with no usable balance or recipient delivery, until staff confirms payment. Unpaid orders may expire after the displayed payment window. Keep your private order-tracking link secure.

Gift cards
Gift cards are available in RM20, RM50 and RM100 values and are activated after payment is verified. Enter the code at checkout to redeem it. Part of the balance may be used; any remainder stays on the card. A balance shortfall is payable using the displayed payment method. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards and cannot ordinarily be exchanged for cash. Any expiry date is displayed before purchase and on the issued card; cards without a stated expiry do not expire. The holder of the code can use it, so protect it like cash. Refund requests follow our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Rewards
Participation is optional. Eligible completed food and drink purchases earn 10 base points per RM1, plus the applicable tier bonus: Silver 10%, Gold 15%, Platinum 30% and Emerald 50%. Earning is based on the net purchase after rewards redemption; processing fees and gift-card purchases earn no points. Eligible purchases paid using gift cards do earn points. An order crossing an earned-tier milestone receives the relevant bonus on each part, and fractions carry forward until a whole point is earned.

Tier points track qualification separately from available points. The membership year runs from 1 June to 31 May: Silver at 3,000 tier points, Gold at 7,000, Platinum at 11,000 and Emerald at 18,000. The qualification scale preserves the purchase requirements as earning bonuses grow. Extra available points and complimentary tier bonuses do not accelerate earned tier progress. Tier points reset each June; available points carry forward. Redeeming available points does not subtract earned tier points. A team-assigned tier applies its earning and redemption benefits until its stated expiry or until updated by the team.

Redeem available points at checkout in 500-point blocks. Each block saves RM2.50 for Member, RM3.75 for Silver, RM5 for Gold, RM7.50 for Platinum and RM10 for Emerald, using the member's current tier. Points can reduce food and drink purchases, can be combined with gift cards, cannot buy gift cards and cannot be converted to cash. Redemption cannot exceed the eligible purchase amount. Unused points remain available.

Event requests
Request a date at least five calendar days ahead, based on Malaysia time. Event bookings are for 10 or more guests; smaller gatherings are accepted with a minimum food and drink order of RM30 for each guest. Cake budgets are separate from this minimum. You may bring your own birthday cake or request a cake within the displayed RM80, RM100 or RM120 budget, subject to the team's confirmation. Beranda prepares the decorations and will discuss any special requests with you.

An online deposit of RM50 is payable through FIUU and is credited towards the final event bill. Paying the deposit submits a request; it does not guarantee or confirm your date. Beranda reviews availability and will call if changes are needed. A booking is confirmed only when the team confirms it. Menu prices and cake budgets shown with your request form an estimate; any changes or additional charges must be agreed with you. The remaining bill is settled at Beranda. Keep your private booking link secure.

Fair use and consumer rights
Provide accurate information and do not misuse the website, gift codes or rewards. We may decline fraudulent or abusive requests and will address any money already paid appropriately. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.

Changes
Updates apply from the published date. The terms accepted with an existing order continue to apply to that order. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Semua harga dalam Ringgit Malaysia. Semak item, kuantiti dan maklumat hubungan sebelum menghantar pesanan. Pesanan adalah untuk makan di kedai atau ambil sendiri mengikut pilihan anda. Pilihan pembayaran yang tersedia dipaparkan semasa checkout. Bayaran di kaunter perlu diterima dan disahkan oleh pasukan Beranda sebelum penyediaan. Kad hadiah diaktifkan selepas bayaran disahkan dan boleh ditebus sebahagian; baki kekal dalam kad. Permohonan acara bukan pengesahan tempahan. Member accounts and birthday reward
Sign in with your email and password after a one-time email verification. Existing members can set a password using their registered email without losing their member number, points or linked gift cards. Setup links expire after 24 hours; password-reset links expire after 1 hour and can be used once. Never share your password or private account links.

Verified members at Silver, Gold, Platinum or Emerald can redeem one complimentary standard drink during their birth month, once per calendar year. Add your correct date of birth to your account. Show your birthday reward code at the counter; a team member must confirm redemption. Your qualifying tier must still be active at redemption. Choose one available drink from Coffee, Matcha, Non-coffee or Refreshers. Paid extras are excluded. This reward has no cash value, earns no points, cannot be transferred and expires at the end of the birth month. Unused rewards do not carry forward. Your birth date can be set once; contact Beranda for a correction. Corrections do not create a second reward in the same year.
