Beranda Coffee operates this website. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or to withdraw optional consent, contact hello@beranda.my.

Information we collect
When you order, contact us, request an event, purchase a gift card or join rewards, we collect the details you provide: your name, contact details, order information, messages and relevant event or gift-recipient details. We also keep essential session cookies, security records and aggregate page-view counts. We do not ask for or store your bank login or payment-card details.

Why we use it
We use this information to prepare and track orders, verify payments, issue and redeem gift cards, administer rewards you choose to join, respond to enquiries and event requests, prevent misuse and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Required fields are marked; without those details we may be unable to fulfil the relevant request. Rewards enrolment and optional recipient details are voluntary. Please share another person’s details only with their permission.

Who receives it
Our authorised team and service providers for website hosting, databases and email process information as needed to deliver these services. Hosting and email infrastructure may process information outside Malaysia. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention and your choices
We retain information only as needed for the stated purposes, legitimate accounting and legal requirements, and resolving disputes. You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw optional consent, or request deletion subject to applicable obligations. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Withdrawing rewards consent does not prevent you from placing an ordinary guest order.

Cookies and messages
Essential cookies keep your bag, order session and admin sign-in working. Contact and order emails relate to your request. We do not enrol you in promotional emails through this website. Any future optional analytics or marketing service will be described before it is enabled.

Beranda Coffee memproses maklumat yang anda berikan seperti nama, maklumat hubungan, pesanan, mesej, permohonan acara dan maklumat penerima kad hadiah untuk memenuhi permintaan anda. Maklumat wajib diperlukan bagi urusan berkaitan; penyertaan ganjaran dan maklumat penerima tambahan adalah pilihan. Sila dapatkan kebenaran sebelum berkongsi maklumat orang lain.

Maklumat hanya digunakan oleh pasukan yang diberi kuasa serta penyedia perkhidmatan pengehosan dan e-mel bagi tujuan berkenaan. Infrastruktur penyedia mungkin memproses data di luar Malaysia. Kami tidak menjual data peribadi. Maklumat disimpan selama diperlukan untuk tujuan tersebut serta keperluan undang-undang dan perakaunan.

Member account and birthday details
We store your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, email-verification status and a protected password hash to manage your account, rewards and birthday benefit. We use your birth date to determine eligibility for one birthday drink; it is not displayed publicly. Authorised team members can correct account details and record reward redemptions. Passwords are never included in emails or the team dashboard. Verification and recovery emails are service messages. Contact hello@beranda.my to request access, correction or deletion, subject to records needed for transactions and legal obligations.

Butiran akaun ahli dan hari lahir
Kami menyimpan nama, alamat email, nombor telefon, tarikh lahir, status pengesahan email dan hash kata laluan yang dilindungi bagi mengurus akaun serta ganjaran anda. Tarikh lahir digunakan untuk menentukan kelayakan minuman hari lahir dan tidak dipaparkan kepada umum.
